PCBA assembly

Prototype through mid-volume in Shenzhen: SMT and through-hole, mixed technology, fine-pitch and BGA when needed. Turnkey or consigned kits — one owner on the timeline. Quotes typically 1–2 business days after complete files.

Files & test

Please send Gerber (or ODB++), BOM with MPN / qty / refdes, centroid coordinates, stencil notes, and any ICT / FCT or programming plan. Inspection options include AOI; X-Ray and fixture-based test when the program calls for them.

04 · PCBA process

From files to shipped boards

A clear path after the PCBA RFQ: kit readiness, placement, inspection and pack-out — with screening tied to your BOM and acceptance plan.

    Files in

    Gerber or ODB++, BOM with MPN / qty / refdes, centroid, stencil notes, and any ICT / FCT or programming plan.

  2. 02

    Quote

    Turnkey or consigned kit path, lead time and assembly options — typically 1–2 business days when files are complete.

  3. 03

    Kit & screen

    MPN, date code and packing checks before the kit enters the line. Lot detail can stay tied to your BOM.

  4. 04

    Build

    SMT / DIP, reflow, AOI, and programming or fixture test when specified. Defects classified before release.

  5. 05

    Ship

    Anti-static pack-out, labeling and packing list. Test records travel with the shipment when required.
